Edenred Bulgaria with BBLF award for responsible business

Edenred Bulgaria won the 3rd prize in the category "Best Social Policy of SMEs" at the Annual Responsible Business Awards 2021.

On April 5, 2022 at an official ceremony at the Balkan Hotel Edenred Bulgaria won the prize of the Annual Responsible Business Awards 2021, organized by the Bulgarian Forum of Business Leaders (BBLF). This was the 19th edition of the most prestigious national competition for corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, organized under the motto "Set a good example". The awards provide a platform for companies that consistently and effectively develop and support projects with a positive impact on people, nature and society.

116 projects with a cause from 80 companies in seven different categories took part in the competition. Edenred Bulgaria won the 3rd prize in the category “Best Social Policy of SMEs” with its charity relay race EdenredRUN 2021. The award was presented by Daniel Lorer, Minister of Innovation and Growth and was accepted by Anelia Marchevska, Marketing Manager of Edenred Bulgaria.

The project that brought us the award

EdenredRUN 2021 was organized for the employees, clients and partners of Edenred Bulgaria and took place last year, marking the annual day of the Edenred group, dedicated to socially oriented projects - Ideal Day. EdenredRUN 2021 supported the charity campaign of 5KM Run for 2021, adding BGN 7,069.40 to the funds raised. Thus, the total amount of BGN 26,104.85 was donated for the purchase of surgical instruments for the Pediatric Surgery Clinic of Pirogov.
